I’m especially excited about the shift toward drone-based pesticide application—it’s safer for farmers, better for the environment, and more efficient overall. We’re anticipating more products to be approved soon, which will be a game-changer for our industry.

As the Director of Business Development at Sky Drones Inc., I oversee operations beyond the CEO and consultants, ensuring strategic growth and efficiency. My career began in administration, and through strong connections and a drive to excel, I quickly advanced from support roles to leadership. Working in the evolving world of agricultural drones alongside a skilled, supportive team is both exciting and rewarding.

I believe in maintaining a healthy balance between work and life—pushing for innovation while making time for what matters most. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and pets, staying active, gaming, and exploring great food.

As an Area Development Manager and Training Coordinator at Sky Drones Inc., I love helping our dealers grow and understand our drone products. It’s incredibly rewarding to see that moment when things click and they realize how simple and powerful the technology really is. My background is in high-rise rope access work and property maintenance—fields that may seem unrelated to agriculture, but they taught me to take pride in my work and embrace challenging situations. I still carry that mindset today, enjoying the fast pace and problem-solving that come with this role. Persistence is a core value for me—I’m committed to helping our dealers succeed and making sure they get the best support and training possible. Outside of work, I’m happiest in the mountains, hiking and observing wildlife whenever I can. What I appreciate most about working at Sky Drones is the team—we’re all different, but together, we take on challenges with a shared sense of purpose and collaboration.

With a background in administrative coordination, customer service, and logistics—and a strong interest in technology and drones—I bring efficiency and clear communication to everything I do. My background includes owning several businesses and working extensively with construction, farm, and heavy-duty equipment, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges new businesses face and sharpened my skills in contract negotiation. I bring honesty, optimism, and a genuine desire to help to everything I do, always aiming to support others and see them succeed. Outside of work, I’m an explorer at heart—I love being in nature, discovering new local spots, or traveling the world and learning about different cultures.
